Yung Bleu, real name Jeremy Biddle, is a popular American rapper and singer. His latest single, "Freak Freak," features Kelly Rowland.
A rapper and singer who was born on April 5, 1994, Yung Bleu is best known for his hit single "You're Mines Still," which featured a remix by Drake and peaked at number 18 on the Billboard Hot 100.
With the help of Boosie Badazz's label Bad Azz Music Syndicate, Yung Bleu began his music career in 2013, releasing a series of mixtapes that made his name known throughout the Southern scene.
2017 saw Yung Bleu's return to the spotlight with the release of the singles "Miss It" and "Ice on My Baby," both taken from the mixtape Investments 4, which also featured an appearance by YoungBoy Never Broke Again.
In 2018, Yung Bleu released a rework of "Miss It" that included Kid Ink, as well as "Ice on My Baby" that featured Kevin Jerome Gilyard, best known by his stage as Kevin Gates, a rapper, singer, and entrepreneur.
In 2020, Bleu put out the mixtape Inv 5 and the extended play Bleu Vandross, which were his final releases for Columbia Records and Bad Azz Music.
At the end of that year, Bleu inked a management agreement with Meek Mill's Dream Chasers Records and a distribution deal with Empire Distribution.
Aside from the track "You're Mines Still," BLEU released the extended play Love Scars: The 5 Stages of Emotions in 2020. After being introduced by NBA star DeMarcus Cousins, a remix of "You're Mines Still" featuring Canadian rapper Drake was released on October 16, 2020 via OVO Sound.
On July 23, 2021, Yung Bleu dropped his first full-length, titled Moon Boy. Drake, Gunna, Big Sean, Kehlani, Chris Brown, 2 Chainz, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Moneybagg Yo, H.E.R., and Kodak Black all made cameos on the album.
