Following last November's Astroworld tragedy, Travis Scott returns as a festival headliner.
Scott will visit three Primavera Sound events in South America. The first takes place on November 6 in So Paulo, Brazil, with the other two musical events taking place on November 12 and 13 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Santiago, Chile, respectively. On Saturday, May 7, the rapper will also host and perform at a Formula One Grand Prix event at Miami's E11EVEN nightclub.
Since Astroworld left ten people dead and hundreds injured, the rapper has kept a low profile. Despite being removed from the Coachella lineup due to the Astroworld debacle, he did perform. He also performed at a pre-Academy Awards party and a Coachella afterparty.
Scott is still embroiled in post-Astroworld lawsuits, one of which is worth nearly $10 billion. He has since attempted to make amends by offering to pay for the victims' funeral expenses.
His offer was turned down by the families. He revealed in March that he was working on Project HEAL, a $5 million community-based initiative aimed at providing better mental health resources for youth as well as scholarship opportunities for HBCU students.

Sources told Variety Scott will perform at other “major” festivals this summer, potentially in the U.S., but no further details have been shared.
