Mp3 Download » Syd - BMHWDY; Sydney Loren Bennett, best called as Syd, is an American singer and songwriter who has released a new song named "BMHWDY" off her sophomore album, "Broken Hearts Club.
BMHWDY by singer Syd — Syd shot to fame as a member of the Odd Future alternative hip hop collective before forming her own band, the Internet, in 2011. Bennett debuted as a solo artist in 2017 with Fin, followed by the EP Always Never Home.
While still living with her parents, Syd began producing music. As a child, her elder brother, Ty, gave her the stage name Syd. She recovered the name when she joined Odd Future after growing out of it. The majority of the group's original compositions were recorded in Syd's home, dubbed "The Trap." Syd opened for Eminem as part of the Odd Future ensemble at Wembley Stadium in 2014.
Syd's debut solo song "All About Me" was released on January 13, 2017. Steve Lacy, an Internet coworker, created it. Her second solo song "Body" was published on January 24, 2017, in preparation of her album Fin, which was released on February 3, 2017, in cooperation with Columbia Records. On May 18, 2017, Syd appeared in a music video for Korean R&B singer Dean's duet "love."
Syd released "Always Never Home," a three-track EP, on September 7, 2017. The follow-up to her debut solo album Fin is "Always Never Home." Syd appeared on the song "Urgency" from Lil Uzi Vert's second studio album Eternal Atake, which was released on March 6, 2020.
Syd appeared on Zayn's third studio album, Nobody is Listening, on the song "When Love's Around," which was released on January 15, 2021. Syd released a song named "Missing Out" on February 12, 2021, followed by "Fast Car" on July 16, 2021, and "Right Track" on August 10, 2021.
On March 18th, 2022, Syd's most recent single "CYBAH (ft. Lucky Daye)" was released. Following this release, the singer-songwriter announced her 2022 "Broken Hearts Club" Tour, which would include Destin Conrad as the opening.
