'Satisfaction' is about wishing for something you don't have. As a human being, I've found myself in many situations where someone else wants me to be someone or something I'm not. Lush Life tells the story of loving until something hurts. Love can make you feel invincible, like a beautiful flower in full bloom, and it can feel like pure ecstasy. Even the brightest lights cast a dark shadow, and flowers wilt and die if they are not cared for and nurtured properly.. In a press release, he said, "They end up ugly, a broken image of what they once were."
3. Alex Vaughn - 'Voice Notes'
After opening three sold-out Summer Walker shows, R&B newcomer Alex Vaughn released her first EP, Voice Notes, which introduced her sound and style to a wider audience. Emotional documentation and boundary setting in relationships are explored in the three tracks presented by the PG County native.

Monologues, Ogi's first full-length album, features six songs. From romance and love to family relationships and life experiences, she presents herself as an accomplished songwriter and singer. "Let Me Go," "I Got It," and "Bitter" are some of the album's highlights.
Bitter's origins can be traced back to one of my worst dates in college. "Man, this is how it had to be," I thought to myself. The date went exactly as planned, of course.' The demo started with a whimsical baseline, and I'm guessing that's now in the final song. In an interview with Rated RNB, she said, "I think that was one of the first demos I ever made."
