Under a different name, Snoop Dogg will perform at the 2022 MTV Movie And TV Awards.

The West Coast legend will perform as DJ Snoopadelic and demonstrate his deejaying abilities.

The chart-topping rapper has kept busy this year as a man of many talents. Snoop Dogg has already acquired Death Row Records, registered a hot dog brand, appeared in Call of Duty, performed at the Super Bowl, presented a new show called So Dumb It's Criminal, had a comedy special at the Netflix Is A Joke Comedy Festival, and more.

The award event will be hosted by actress Vanessa Hudgens, and will be followed by the Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED, a special featuring over-the-top, humorous, and drama-filled moments from reality series. Tayshia Adams will be the host.

MTV's Bruce Gillmer, Wendy Plaut, Vanessa WhiteWolf, as well as Den Of Thieves' Jesse Ignjatovic and Barb Bialkowski, are executive producers for both the MTV Movie & TV Awards and the MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED. Jackie Barba and Alicia Portugal are the Executives in Charge of Production for both events, while Lisa Lauricella is the Music Talent Executive.

The MTV Movie And TV Awards 2022 will be broadcast live on Sunday, June 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Both shows will air in over 170 countries on MTV and will be simulcast on BET, BET Her, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV2, Nick at Nite, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land, and VH1.
