Eunice Odoba, the wife of a priest, was discovered dead in Otukpo, according to the Benue State Police Command. Odoba, 55, may have been stabbed to death, according to police.
Catherine Anene, the Command's Public Affairs Officer, informed NAN that the body was found on Sunday.
Anene disclosed that the victim was seen lifeless in her house with a deep cut on her chest.
The spokesperson confirmed that the command had begun an investigation into the suspected murder.
The remains of Mrs. Eunice have been taken to a mortuary.
