After she sought advice from aspiring singer-songwriters and played a song on his guitar for him, he encouraged her to come along on his European tour. When Example heard Nina Nesbitt perform 'Stay Awake,' he extended an invitation to her as well. In addition, she was featured in Ed Sheeran's 'Drunk' music video.
