The young celebrity who has been working under the radar for a long time now has something special in store to quench this long wait. Lawal Opeyemi Raimi, commonly known by his stage name L-Y-T-A, is a singer and songwriter from Nigeria. He signed a record contract with YBNL Nation in 2018, but in May 2019, he left the label.

Lyta quit YBNL Nation in 2019, signed a push agreement with Doro Musik Gang, and released the hit track "Monalisa" produced by Killer Tunes on 12 July 2019. David reached out to Lyta a few weeks after the release of Monalisa for a potential remix of the buzzing hit. (Hold Me Down) After their deal, Davido flew Lyta down to Dakar for the "Monalisa" remix and video shoot that was later released in August 2019. - Gimme Chance

Lyta was on the low so far this year 2020, we had from him only in the month of May when he launched a track titled "Ramadan" for the Islamic fasting time and also "Birthday Wish" later on the same day to celebrate his birthday and express his feelings. Lyta speaks about locking your lover down on this new song and gave his former boss Olamide Baddodo a rare shoutout, as well (Baba Milliano).

Director K directed the accompanying music video for the remix, and the Remix went deeper than the original album and gave Lyta more exposure. Later the same year, Lyta launched Killertunes' Afrobeat track "Worry" as well.
