According to him, a combined security outfit was drafted outside to ascertain the information which was later confirmed to be false.

On the Monday incident where suspected thugs shot at many residents in the state capital, the police boss added that efforts are already in place to arrest the hoodlums. Meanwhile, 56 suspects have been arrested in connection with the looting that took place at the State Medical Store, Agricultural Development Project, ADP and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture warehouse.
