Femi Adesina, President Muhammadu Buhari's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, has given a notice to those asking for the President's resignation. Those calling for Buhari's resignation due to Nigeria's instability, according to Adesina, are merely exercising their right to free speech, which has its limits. 

He was speaking on Channels Television's Politics Today program in response to a question about Nigerians calling for Buhari's resignation. “People have freedom of speech in a democracy,” says Adesina.

You have the right to free expression, but that right has limits. “There is no such thing as equality without limits.

The independence that isn't boundaries can also inflict injury to the individual exercising the right. 

“So, in a democracy, it is appropriate for someone to say anything like that, but if they are planning on creating havoc, that person will be summoned and questioned.”

This comes after Primate Elijah Ayodele, the head of the INRI Evangelical spiritual church, called on Buhari and all other recognized lawmakers to resign. They will soon be on the run, according to Ayodele.
