Future has released the official music video for his new single "Keep it Burning," which features Kanye West. The pair is surrounded by darkness in the Rick Nyce-directed video, giving off a mysterious vibe. Future and West trade verses in front of a camera while accompanied by mysterious figures. The duo delivers one of the murkiest, yet intriguing videos of the year thus far, each dressed in all-black, with Future cloaked by a hood and Kanye donning a mask.
The release of the video for "Keep It Burnin" coincides with the release of Future's new album, I NEVER LIKED YOU, the rapper's first full-length release since High Off Life in 2020. Drake, Young Thug, Tems, EST Gee, Gunna, and Kodak Black all make appearances on his ninth solo album, which has 16 tracks. According to the internet (and music executive Scooter Braun), a deluxe edition of the LP will be released soon.
Future's solo career has been relatively quiet in recent years, as he spent much of last year and early 2022 working with others, releasing the collaborative album Pluto x Baby Pluto with Lil Uzi Vert and appearing alongside Drake on his Certified Lover Boy single "Way 2."
