Fat Joe has launched another attack on rap musician 6ix9ine, accusing the former government witness of having a death desire in light of his dubious activities and words following his release from jail in 2020. Joe was questioned about 6ix9ine during an interview on the My Expert Opinion podcast, presented by creator Math Hoffa.
The Bronx native then began to tear down the divisive Brooklyn rapper, claiming that 6ix9ine is dissatisfied with himself as a result of his assistance in the Feds' investigation into the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
Fat Joe started his outburst by saying, "This program is going to get me in trouble." "I'm simply going to tell you straight—this n***a is a sucka." He's a sucka, a bitch, and a pu**y. I'm not a drinker. I'm completely sober.
This individual. I'm confident this n***a wants to die, and I'm not wishing it on him or anything, but I'm positive he's unhappy in his body because of it. He is unable to examine himself in the mirror."
It didn't take long for 6ix9ine to reply to Fat Joe's words, accusing the rap icon of being "jealous" of him because of his fame and fortune, a response the rapper has used in previous verbal battles with competing musicians.
The rapper responded, "Fat Joe is envious of 69." "69 has accomplished more in his short time than Fat Joe has in his whole career... Fat Joe said I was unhappy and wanted to die. Fat Joe is unhappy and want to die since he lacks half of 69's wealth and automobiles. Fat Joe said I wasn't a mobster, but it was all for show? That is false information. What evidence does he have that I ever stated that? There is no evidence. He's a liar."
Fat Joe has been one of the most outspoken detractors of 6ix9ine's antics, yet he has acknowledged to liking him and his attitude before he took a position against his gang. In 2019, Joe told Angie Martinez, "I thought he was a great man, and now he can't be my buddy, he can't be around me ever again." "Those are the guidelines. He went across the border [...] I pray for folks who cross that line—I pray for them when they speak to the cops and snitch."
On his Tidal streaming service podcast program, Cocoa Vision, Fat Joe interviewed 6ix9ine in 2018. Joe sought to share some of his own growing pains and experiences with the new upstart. Notifying him that the police and others were scheming against him, just as they had done Joe when he was younger and more wild on the streets. This interview took place before 6ix9ine was arrested in 2018 with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
