Doja Cat, an American rapper and singer, has released a music video for her song "Woman." Planet Her, the rapper's third studio album, featured the song (2021). It's an afrobeat track with a heavenly womanhood lyrical subject.
Woman struck Italian contemporary hit radio as the album's fourth official single on October 1, 2021, after garnering popularity in Europe, where it reached the top 10 in countries such as France, Denmark, Greece, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Portugal.
"Woman" is "an inspiring, unashamed hymn to womanhood and feminine diversity," as well as an exploration of women's ideas, feelings, and woes.
It was co-written by American rapper Jidenna, who also lends background vocals to the track. It's a vibrant, seductive, and high-energy afrobeat song.

Doja Cat also makes a reference to Regina George from Mean Girls in the lyrics, describing how patriarchy often tries to promote rivalry by pitting women against one other (2004).
Her vocal delivery on the single has been compared to Rihanna's (whom she mentions in the song), and her rap delivery to Kendrick Lamar's. The lively steel drums and pounding bass drive "Woman." Below is a link to a music video for Woman.
