Coco Jones, an American singer-songwriter, has released the lead single "Headline" from her upcoming EP, "What I Didn't Tell You."
Coco Jones, who was born on January 4, 1998, became well-known after she starred in the Disney Channel film Let It Shine (2012) and was featured on Radio Disney's Next Big Thing in 2010 and 2011.
Formerly of Hollywood Records, Coco Jones began releasing her music independently in 2014.
On December 6, 2012, Coco Jones's "Holla at the DJ" debuted on Radio Disney, and the following day, it was released on iTunes.
Following the release of Coco Jones’ EP, the singer worked in the studio with David Banner, Ester Dean, and Jukebox, with hopes to release her debut album by August.
Jones became a solo artist after being fired from Hollywood Records in January 2014. On August 29, 2014, Jones released a lyric video for her debut independent single, “Peppermint”. It was officially released on iTunes on September 4, 2014.
Jones was featured in a Fanta commercial in July 2017 among YouTubers and other prominent figures that respect the principle of personal expression. In April of 2018, Jones appeared in the jazz film Flock of Four.
Her single "Just My Luck" and its accompanying music video came out in September of that year. On September 3, 2019, Jones released a song called “Depressed”. She dropped an EP with eight songs on the 20th of September this year called H.D.W.Y.
Jones discussed the difficulties she encountered early in her career in a September 2020 YouTube video. In 2020's November, Coco Jones dropped the single "Hollyweird."
Coco Jones has said that Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Aretha Franklin, Roberta Flack, Celine Dion, Etta James, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, CeCe Winans, and Mary J. Blige have been some of her main musical inspirations.
