The trendy and latest new song by the Brazilian singer Larissa de Macedo Machado, best known by her stage name Anitta, is taken from her fifth studio album, "Versions of Me."
"Versions of Me," released by Warner Records, is Anitta's first album to be totally geared at the foreign market, and it, like her 2019 album Kisses, will feature songs in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The album was executive produced by Ryan Tedder.
The album was preceded by the singles "Me Gusta," "Girl from Rio," "Faking Love," "Evolver," and "Boys Don't Cry."
Anitta began production on her fifth studio album, initially titled Girl from Rio, after releasing her trilingual visual album Kisses 2019 — I Would Rather Have Sex song by Anitta; a US-based musician.

Anitta wrote on her social media pages afterwards, referring to the "notable plastic surgery discrepancies" between the different faces on the cover. The title was modified to Versions of Me because it "made more sense," she added.
